Black bean garlic sauce can be used to make a variety of popular Cantonese or Chinese dishes that you can get in a takeaway, eg/ 'Chicken in Black Bean' sauce or watch my next video "Steamed Salmon in Black Bean sauce". Home made black bean sauce is sooo... worth it because it has less sugar so it is healthier and there are more garlic & shallots added, making it more aromatic with more umami flavours. As a bonus, l have also added a red chilli so it has a slight kick to it.
