(Work In Progress) Improved Widescreen for GioGio PS2

The widescreen patch that comes bundled with PCSX2 only adjusts the aspect ratio of the 3D render, and all 2D sprites and some UI elements remain at 4:3 stretched... The worst offender of it all is the text, since it's left stretched while the speech bubbles and other backgrounds are not, making it all look disjointed. It bothers me to no end... It only looks okay whenever there's no text, sprites or UI on-screen (Which is what, a whooping 0.0002% of the whole game?). So, the aim of this patch is to adjust all 2D renders and UI elements so they look right on widescreen. My server: https://discord.gg/wexzzccxG9
