We all know how to setup a zoom meeting...but what if we want to have the people in the office and those who are working from home in one meeting? 3 Setups for combined zoom and in person meetings: 1. Get a big screen TV for your conference room. Connect the TV to your laptop so the Zoom participants are on the TV screen. 2. Everyone joins the meeting from their desk or home office. 3. Each person in the meeting room have a laptop in front of them. I think this is the most equitable way to do it, because people in the meeting room and on zoom are participating equally. 4. Combine #1 and #3. You can even put the laptop on books so the webcam is at your eye level so you're not "looking down" on the screen.
