Well. It's abit of a bag of dicks of a mix imo... I've left the setup at the beginning in the hope of remembering the angst. :) I've learnt so much though from this set. 1) Playing / setting up the turntables before you jump on is a mildly stress ordeal. Don't plan out some elaborate 3 deck shiz. It's to hard unless you're an AMC. It's bound to fuck up. 2) Always remember the main purpose of going for 3 decks is not so much so you can mix 3 at once, but so you can have the next track ready to start sooner. What a crazy existence. I'm a significant driving force behind a small music festival call Space Daze Music Festival. So many challenges to overcome. What a journey it has been. But then also dubstep on vinyl in a freaky deaky mask. Spicy. Why do I do it? I'm not sure. It's fun though. Things to improve. Be better. Learn to beat match. Engage with the crowd more. One final tid bit. We had heaps of rain during our event. Inside the booth was a little moist. When I play records, I like to have them on my right hand side. After I play a record, I place the record infront of the boxes. I remember the bass shaking these records around, then they'd be falling against me and I was super worried about them falling in a puddle. Moral of the story. Things always happen that you can't prepare for. :) P.s. I booked Bukez Finezt at the headliner for the festival. Dream achieved. Lastly, big love to my brother on the mic.
