This summer’s menu feature honors former team member Pam Ashley who lost her battle to cancer last year. Pam was the general manager of the Chicken Salad Chick in Grovetown, Georgia since its opening in 2019, and previously served as district manager for the company’s Augusta and Evans restaurant teams. Chicken Salad Chick’s menu includes over a dozen varieties of made from scratch chicken salad, and most are named after someone special to the brand. Chicken Salad Chick founders, Stacy and Kevin Brown created the idea of chicken salad ‘namesakes’ to honor people from the beginning of the business which is still in practice today. Pam Ashley embodied Chicken Salad Chick’s brand purpose of spreading joy, enriching lives and serving others every day. Her caring heart, electrifying spirit and contagious positivity every day – even while facing adversity – inspired everyone who interacted with her.
