How to CNC a Bowl - Two Sided CNC Machining - "The Shallow Flow Bowl" - Fusion 360 File Available!

Hey guys! I came up with a new way to do two sided machining on my CNC machine. If you have a CNC router, and you want to machine out both sides, then you have to have some method for aligning the second operation (the bottom side). Check out this video for how I make this "Shallow Flow Bowl". This one concentrates on using Fusion 360 for the toolpaths (the CAM). For woodworking, with typical bits, that is about 1-1/4", or up to about 2.5", if your design allows cutting exactly half of each side. For complex shapes, like a bowl, you are limited to your cutter height, unless you do some clever stepping out to avoid collisions. This makes it more difficult to leave space for alignment holes.
