VLOG - Milan Fashion week : Daily life as a model, exercise routine, health & staying aligned

Hey guys, happy new year of the horse ! For those who know me well, horses have always been a huge part of my life and I now that I feel so connected to my purpose, it feels like this year is truly bringing back up the spark I had lost for quite some time. I hope that by me sharing what I have been through and how I have bounced back and keep bouncing back I can boost the confidence inside of yourself to fuel your own powerhouse with what feels good and intuitive to YOU without any comparison to other people’s journeys. Fashion week is right around the corner and to best honest, it used to be one of the most stressful/ comparison-based periods of the year for me. However, since I have changed my beliefs around myself and have focused so much more on joy, authenticity and connection, I am actually super excited and grateful for the start of this season. I now see the castings, encounters and external pressure all as being part of the experience and just wanna enjoy myself whilst in Milan. Little hack : if you are able to get yourself accommodation in Navigli, I really believe it’s one of the best neighborhoods to live in. When I am not having castings I try out different coffee places, fluffy focaccia’s, make long walks along the canal, see friends, go shopping or just walk around and get the vibrancy in from the city and the beauty of the old buildings.
