In this video I’m creating a collection of naturalistic mini WATERCOLOR paintings inspired by spring season. To make these small paintings can be a great practice to warm up, overcome creative block and exercise watercolor and drawing skills. Painting flowers, a cute little bird house, a watering pot with flowers inside, a simple floral wreath, cute little rain boots To do this I pick a theme (in this case spring) then make sketches on ideas related to the topic. Defining a color palette can be a great idea for creating a cohesive collection of illustrations. You can paint one item each day and turn it into a daily sketching and painting practice.
