There are so many reasons why we love Epcot! We start off the morning listening to our Spaceship Earth soundtrack as we pull into the Epcot parking lot and see the always beautiful Spaceship Earth! We head in for our early breakfast reservations at our fav...Garden Grill! Then me (Sarah) and Matthew head to test track for some thrills. I had not been on that ride since 2011!
