Hi! here is a new U2's drum cover ! With the song "Sunday Bloody Sunday", the band gets involved politically. The song evokes a dark and bloody page in the history of the twentieth century of Northern Ireland. From 1968, the country was ravaged by a civil war between the loyalist Protestants, the majority in the country, and the Republican Catholic minority, which considered itself the victim of discrimination on the basis of its religion. Inspired by the two bloody Sundays, respectively, in Dublin in 1920 and in Derry in 1972, the song is a condemnation of the atrocities committed at the end of a march calling for respect for civil rights in Northern Ireland and for peace between the Protestant majority and the Catholic minority. 14 Northern Irish Catholics were killed by the British Army during Bloody Sunday.
