I’ve never had a proper morning routine. Like… ever. I basically just wake up, panic, find coffee and my phone, and hope for the best. So I gave myself 7 days to try and actually sort it out. Each day this week, with the help of Zanna Van Dijk, I add in a new element different influencer or YouTuber’s morning routine — from cold showers and preplanning your day to journaling and no phones (spoiler: some of them broke me). The goal? To figure out if having a structured morning could actually make me feel better, run better, and be less of a gremlin before 9am. Some routines were surprisingly good. Some were unhinged.
