For millions of standard years after the Necrons entered stasis within their Tomb Worlds, the galaxy's intelligent species gradually recuperated from the devastation of the war in heaven. Meanwhile, on the planet Terra, Humanity was ascending to prominence over 40,000 standard years. The Age of Terra, also known in historical texts as the "Age of Progress," spanned the period from 1 to 14,999 AD. This era saw humanity's transformation from a pre-industrial Iron Age, into a sophisticated Fusion Age society with the capability to travel across stars. In the Age of Terra, human civilization flourished technologically and culturally, gaining dominance over Earth. During these millennia, many human societies rose and fell, with much of their history now lost to time. In this video, effectively Part 2, we’ll be doing an overview of the rise of humanity, birth of the Chaos Gods and the Imperiums wars against the Orks.
