Dominion tv-series. Alex lured Michael into a trap where Julian's people threw empyrian steel over him. Alex hoped to capture and kill Archangel Gabriel by trapping michael, the empyrian net also injured him badly with its barbs. Michael got away thanks to a knife he once gave to Alex when he was young, which Michael later found in a car when he looked for Alex. He tucked it into his pocket and eventually found Alex - in trouble as usual, that's also where he got lured into the trap.
