I'm 50-something and part of Gen X or Generation X, and I'm focusing on making meaningful, purposeful and intentional choices that allow me to achieve what I feel is a life well lived for me. We're not getting any younger and at ages 45 to 60, Gen X has time to choose meaningful experiences, relationships, community engagement and designing our legacy. On my channel, I focus on looking back with gratitude for the opportunities I've had, the people who have inspired or encouraged me, celebrating accomplishments, reflecting on challenges, and planning with purpose and intention my future activities.
