The unique chaos control submarine blast, and the victory animation were pretty cool when I first saw them. As you can see, theres a decent bit of lee-way here, but it can be tricky if you dont know the steps. In my first S-rank run I didn't get hit, but missed the first blue crystal and lost some time. In this run I performed overall smoother but got hit due to not being super familiar with Doom Surfs control quirks still. I'm too tired right now to record a flawless run, but regardless, you can attempt one yourself: To S-Rank this boss, the key lies in two things: Doing enough damage quickly enough to skip the "Perilous attacks" phase, and making sure you use chaos control after he launches the submarine at you for the massive damage burst. I really appreciate this detail btw, how with good execution you are rewarded with an entirely new badass cutscene and win animation.
