In this session you will learn what we have achieved with XM Cloud after 2 years of being on XM Cloud at our customer BDR Thermea. Over the past 2 years we have build the platform for BDR Thermea, starting from a single site launch after building a core platform, evolving into a multi-brand (5) and multisite(10+) platform incorporating more advanced features like ecommerce and search. I will go into the lessons we have learned across the 2 years : what did we do well & what should have done differently what did we run into and how have we solved the challenges How did we handle new features being releases on XM Cloud and how have we enabled our users in embracing the new functionalities How did we handle the various JSS upgrades How did we cope with a ever growing platform and how did this evolve our code base setup How did we incorporate new products(Search and OrderCloud) into a existing XM Cloud setup. how we build a platform that requires no development to launch new websites & brands
