Poland: Plane Crash Lands In Warsaw

New footage has emerged of the plane which crash landed without any landing gear in Warsaw. The plane, which had 231 people on board, was forced into the emergency procedure at the end of a flight from New Jersey. Despite the bumpy arrival, nobody was injured. The pilot of the LOT airlines plane has been hailed as a hero. Captain Tadeusz Wrona said he felt a "huge relief" once all those on board had safely evacuated the plane. But the pilot said he wondered if he might have completed the landing better. He told a news conference: "When I stopped on the runway, I still was not sure that everyone was safe because smoke and some burning from friction appeared on the ground. "I felt huge relief when the head flight attendant reported that the plane was empty." A team from Boeing has now arrived in Poland to inspect the 767 aircraft and assist in removing it from the runway.
