With these skills you can pick up any bow and any arrow, and shoot with deadly accuracy in less than 5 minutes. Even these 3 skills or steps are not new - they've been a part of archery for years & years. Here they are: THE VOGTLAND SECRET ARCHERY SHOOTING TECHNIQUE ================================================= STEP 1: Anchor firmly directly under the front of your CHIN; (DO NOT anchor to the side or your chin, mouth or cheek - this is a critical MISTAKE on SEVERAL levels, as it introduces LATERAL ERROR, it reduces your RANGE, AND it's humiliatingly PAINFUL to feel the string repeatedly drag across your face until your nose is raw and you want to quit and go fishing !!!) STEP 2: Use the left edge of the string as your "virtual rear peep" sight, and the arrow tip itself as your front sight right smack on the CENTER of your target; and STEP 3: Use String Walking to adjust the elevation of the bow. (tip: use your FINGER WIDTHS - to adjust the elevation of the bow by raising/lowering the rear of the bow - NOT by using a set of pins which change the elevation of the front of the bow. ) THAT'S IT ! The "secret" in the VOGTLAND Archery Secrets Method of Bow Shooting is that I've COMBINED these techniques into 1 natural & intuitive method... with DEADLY effect! There is no catch. There is no link-to-something-you-must-buy. I use: a 52# recurve bow (or any of 7 long bows); el cheapo 32" feathered arrows with 125 gr points for $8 each; a Neet finger glove; NO stabilizing rods; NO fixed sights of any kind; NO release of any kind; NO peep sight in the string; Just me, my fingers, my eyes, my bow and my arrow. Period. There's NO "magic" in the equipment at all. And you'll see me shoot with deadly accurately from 15 yards out to 80 yards (even with frozen fingers, as it was quite cold during the filming) with COMPLETE CONFIDENCE of hitting the "kill" portion of each target, and even BULLS-EYEING at 80 yds... Lots of people in northeastern Illinois regularly see me shooting all summer at the Blackwell Forest Preserve in Warrenville IL, where I often show up and immediately start nailing little water bottles skewered on sticks placed at 40, 50 and even 60 yds, competing shot-for-shot with all the compound bow shooters, and sometimes even shooting a single bottle SEVERAL times in a single half-dozen shots, and even SPLITTING the stick holding the bottle off the ground ;-) ... I'm sincerely hoping they won't come here to this video and give me crap, but instead they'll add comments affirming what they've SEEN me do over & over each time they're at the range with me, all freely sharing our archery tips and archery secrets :-)... And there's NO MAGIC. NO DECADES of practice required. I've already taught my own daughters to shoot like this using these same archery tips and archery secrets, and they only show up a few times a year. And now I'm doing the same with my teenage nieces - who WOULDN'T want to be able to pick up ANY bow and in about 2 shots (to "calibrate your stringwalking finger-widths to that bow and those arrows) suddenly every target you aim at is YOURS - from 15 yds to 80 yds...
