The station is nearing completion with final touch-ups expected to be completed in a few days. Designed in a Kerala-style architecture, the station features lush gardens on both sides of the main walkway, with additional greenery and seating arrangements. The vertical garden, beautiful murals on the walls, and the modern amenities like upgraded ticket counters, platforms, CCTV cameras, display boards, and air-conditioned waiting rooms make it a modern, eco-friendly facility. The renovation cost ₹22 crores.
