Cernit Opaline polymer clay has one of the most beautiful and unique finishing in my opinion, and you can see that on these lovely hoops created by Clay Ambassador Iza from @brozbo.handmade 🥰❤️ “The moment I saw the Opaline Cernit clay, I knew I had to create some Fiesta hoop earrings! First, I rolled out a thin, even sheet of clay and cut out small circles. Next, using a foam mat as my working surface, I lightly dusted each circle with a tiny bit of cornstarch to prevent sticking. Then, using a ball tool and gentle circular motions, I stretched each clay circle out a little. After shaping, I baked them. After baking, I was so pleased with how pretty the opaline clay looked – it has such a lovely finish! It also passed the bend test. For the next step, I used a blackhead tool to securely hold each baked clay piece. Then I carefully drilled a small hole in the center of each one. After a quick clean and dry, it was assembly time! I simply slid each piece onto a hoop base.
