New Roof, New Plans, New Faces!

With the house build back in full swing, we’re faced with a tough call, save the old roof tiles or replace them entirely? After a closer look, the answer becomes clear, and we start sourcing over 1,500 brand new tiles and enough timber to total a staggering 20 tonnes of material. Join us as we visit local Bulgarian builders merchants, prepare for the next construction phase, and make final arrangements before returning to the UK, leaving the builders to keep up the momentum. Back in the UK, Sara introduces Maya, a Bulgarian friend who relocated years ago. The kids enjoy a much-needed break with bike rides and a few rounds of mini-golf while we catch up and reflect on the journey so far. As always, thanks for coming along with us.
