the video was so long, i had to make it into a youtube video. i'm not getting nitro. EDIT: got perms to showcase some matches if i feel like uploading them, HOWEVER- this is an early look to Arbiter, an up-coming and powerful character that doesn't get hit, and has KARMA. this is arbiter's KARMA gimic on 0.1 damage and a super long timer so there is no time out, either or character has to win in order for the vid to end. whatever requests you have for me to fight other characters, i will use for an AI version. you also can request the damage tweak as shown here too if you guys want a potentially longer fight, but do know this. Arbiter's KARMA does not increase in damage and in tick rate, it will do the same damage, and only his normal attacks change, as you can see, he does no damage and only applies KARMA to the opponent, hitting them after they have full KR, only then were they able to take damage. his normal damage is canon, while doing 10 (1 damage in code since yomi inflates their numbers on HP.) and drains based on the amount damage delt OR how much KARMA is added.
