We take the long, unstaged route to the Golden Mount, walking directly on the active railway tracks and crossing the canals where tourists rarely go. This 2-hour walk begins in the heart of the city at Siam but quickly exits the tourist trail. We start at the Chaloemla "Graffiti" Park—a derelict plot turned street art gallery—before following the Saen Saep Canal west. This route captures the true contrast of Bangkok. One moment we are dodging traffic at a bridge crossing and balancing on wooden slats to cross an active railway line (just as a train passes!), and the next we are climbing the 344 steps of Wat Saket (The Golden Mount). We arrive at the summit exactly during "Golden Hour," where the low sun lights up the golden chedi and offers one of the best panoramic views of the city. The video concludes with a bonus canal boat ride back to Phaya Thai. This channel is about the "B-Side" of the world. I skip the photo ops to find the ground-level truth — whether that's a 10km walk between landmarks or a quiet moment in a hidden courtyard. ----------------------------------- PRODUCTION NOTES ----------------------------------- 4K Visuals: High-resolution footage of the real environment.
