I tried every music genre possible but this stuff really helps me out to achieve the right mindset for the training. Relaxation and physical boost at the same time. 💬 Once I turn brown noise on, I'm instantly calmed! 💬 I found out about brown noise over a Friend of mine that has mental issues like me and it feels like something nostalgic to me, like driving to Italy with the parent sleeping and the other driving while I woke up to drink. It’s a core memory from my childhood that idk why but it calms me and this sounds just like it.
