Sonoma Raceway Spec Miata Race

The final race of the weekend and my best result. I got past the two ESI cars in front of me, first coming out of turn 2, and the second coming out of turn 4. They get a run out of 6 and inch ahead. He blinked first and I get the move done under breaking and hold both of them off until the end of the race. Engine overheating kicked in again a few laps into the race. A safety car allowed me to cool down for the last lap after the restart. A bad line out of 6 left me exposed going into 7 where I ceded the P9 and finished the race in P10. I beat the people who I wanted to beat so I'm happy with the result, but not the car. With only two race weekends left, I'll finish the season out in this car but I definitely need something better for next year.
