It was 8 o clock, I walked out to the west, To the neighbors next door, Their candy was the best! 8 O’Clock 8 O’Clock It was 8 O'Clock! Ding Dong Trick or treat Give me something good to eat, Go to each house once today the trick or treating rule I say I took the candy home, I ate it by our door, But I was still quite hungry, I really wanted more! 15 minutes later, What time could it be? Looked up at my haunted clock, What time did I see? It was 8:15 It was 8:15 A quarter hour gone, It was 8:15 I changed my costume to a ghost, I dyed my hair to green, If I change my costume, They won’t know I’ve been before, And I’ll get some sweet treats, At the same house right next door!
