Capoeira, like other martial arts, has its basic position (Cadeira-Chair) and a dynamic basic movement called Ginga. As a beginner, if you want to level up your Capoeira training at home, you need to master these two movements. Capoeira is an art and so each group has its own style. You might see differences on the way to do the Ginga but at the end of the day, every person who trains Capoeira (capoeirista) has to Ginga. So, be patient with Ginga since it challenges your muscle coordination and I've seen many beginners training Capoeira who struggle a bit with it, but at the end of the day they all master it.
