Crispy on the outside, loaded with delicious spaghetti and vegetables filling, these spring rolls are the ultimate fusion Ramadan snack. . Ingredients: Oil 4 tablespoons Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon Onion (sliced) 1 medium Capsicum (julienne) 2 medium Carrot (shredded) 250 g Cabbage (chopped) 1 medium Salt to taste Black Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon (heap full) Chicken (boneless)(boiled and shredded) 500 g Spaghetti (long Macaroni) ( i used #bakeparlor )(boiled) half pack Vinegar 2 tablespoon Soya Sauce 3 tablespoon Chilli Sauce 3 tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes 2 teaspoon Spring Roll Sheets All Purpose Flour Slurry ( 3 tablespoon flour and water as required) for binding spring rolls Method: Add oil in a pan,add garlic and onions and saute for few minutes. Add all the vegetables,salt,black pepper powder, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken,spaghetti,sauces,chilli flakes,give a good mix and it’s ready. Let it cool completely. Take spring roll sheet,add your filling,apply slurry and fold as shown in the video. This makes 40-45 spring rolls. Make and freeze them at this stage. When needed take them out,fry them and Enjoy. Crunchy,Crispy Spaghetti Spring Rolls are perfect for Ramadan. .
