Hiking down the Peak District today reminded me of a scene straight out of The Eagle movie — the terrain, the atmosphere, the solitude… it all hit differently. On the way down I talked about hiking, enjoying fresh air, healing my body, and reflecting on life changes over the last six months. Walking alone doesn’t mean being lonely — it gives you clarity, confidence, and space to grow. I even bumped into some students on the trail and had a laugh telling them I had “millions” of subscribers before admitting I only have a few hundred (for now 😅). But every day is progress.
