We decided to head to Turkey a bit earlier than originally planned. When evaluating our crossing we had to keep into consideration one important thing: we needed a covid test to enter both Greece and Turkey. In order to not take too many tests we decided to speed up our travels by going through in less than 24 hours to avoid having to redo it. IMPORTANT THINGS TO HAVE WHEN BORDER CROSSING: Keep in mind that this information is based on our experience crossing in August 2021, due to Covid restrictions and regulations can change at any time) 1. Check what the covid requirements are for the country you are entering (we could not understand whether the age limit was 6 or 12, we ended up getting a test only for our oldest son)) 2. Make sure to fill out the Person Locator Form here are the links for Greece (https://www.gov.gr) and Turkey (https://register.health.gov.tr). Keep in mind that this is free!!! 3.
