Deburring and rounding with the Timesavers 32 RB Series! Achieve high edge rounding with the deburring wheel unit and boeck deburring wheels of the Timesavers 32 RB Series. The Timesavers 32 RB Series features a compact design. In the first station of the Timesavers 32 RB Series, the primary burr is ground off with the help of an abrasive cloth belt. The edges of the workpiece are then rounded in the second station. This is done by a rotating wheel unit with two boeck deburring wheels. boeck's two deburring wheels grind over the workpiece with countless 180 grit abrasive flaps, removing mainly the sharp edges of the workpiece. For a surface finish, the Timesavers 32 RB Series uses a final sanding station. A non-woven abrasive belt finishes the workpiece with a matt line finish.
