How do you expand your single part program to cut multiple instances of the same part? Looking at some options for machining multiple instances of the same part inside of Mastecam. There are many different options depending on the amount of control you need and the desired result on the machine. Toolpath Transform can be a one and done solution but if you want optimal sorting of tools, there may be better options. Creating individual planes for each part and then toolpathing each component individually is a bit more time intensive but may produce the best results. When in high density work holding and with the ability to cut multiple parts from a single work offset, toolpath control can be ideal but machine setup can be time intensive. There are many other options for cutting multiple work pieces and controlling the order of operation in the resulting gcode, these are but a few examples.
