Are we gender failures, or is it the gender binary that fails us by limiting our identity, our means of expression? In this last section of Ivan and Rae's performance of Gender Failure both artists meditate on living as a trans person, the pronouns and identities they have had to take on over the years. They share the comments they get from others, what they expect (or can't) from people's reactions and how they navigate society's expectations of their gender.
