Our Strawberry Cider is based off of a brew I made years ago. Of course I didn't keep notes. So we set out to recreate this strawberry cider. Essentially it's a flavored apple cider. Okay, it's wine... not cider, since it's 14% ABV, but since it's based off of apples, strawberry cider sounds better than strawberry apple wine.
