I would have enjoyed this tower a lot more if it wasn't for the absolutely atrocious luck I had while playing it; having amassed a total of over 25 fails on the final floor and a laughable amount of fails on 3 outside and 4. As for the difficulty I really am not sure, while I do have a slight doubt this is horrific, I do believe that it is harder than ToVH (I think tovh is around high cata). The only other trustworthy opinion is from frocta who says its around high-peak cata. If we take ToVH as horrific then I think this is horrific too.
