When squeegeeing a film applied on a surface using slip solution, it's important to follow these steps: Ensure the surface is lubricated with slip solution on top. Pull away using overlapping motions to expel water or air bubbles. Apply a moderate amount of force while squeegeeing to avoid leaving small bubbles. Avoid pushing too hard, as if using a wrap; instead, use longer strokes. When working with areas where there's tack solution involved, the process changes slightly: Do not mix slip solution into tack solution to prevent silvering lines. If slip gets into tacked areas, peel back the film, re-lubricate, and reapply. Always push slip away from tacked areas to prevent issues. When tacking multiple sides, create a slip channel to remove all bubbles without interfering with the tacked sections.
