#livinginghana #GHANAFOOD #GHANAHOME #lifeinghana A TYPICAL SUNDAY IN A GHANA HOME | LIVING IN GHANA | COOKING GHANA FOOD Is Ghana nice to live in? Well this video will give you an idea of what its like to live in Ghana. Spend a relaxing sunday afternoon with me in my Ghanaian home with my Ghanaian family. We will go to a Ghana market and then make a popular Ghana dish called Banku and Okro. In Ghanaian cuisine, banku is a swallow dish made of a slightly fermented cooked mixture of maize and cassava doughs formed into single-serving balls. Banku is cooked in hot water until it turns into a smooth, whitish paste, and then served with soup, okra stew or a pepper sauce with fish. My parents are of Ghanaian descent and so am I although I was born in Australia. Here on my channel, my goal is to give you a real glimpse into what it’s like to live in Ghana and other parts of Africa, from the food, to the culture, to the lifestyle and everything in between. My goal is to satisfy your curiosity about Ghana and other African countries. My prayer is that these videos do just that for several African’s in the diaspora. Follow your bliss because life is short, follow your bliss because human life has no intrinsic value, follow your bliss because everything happens for the greater good and follow your bliss because it has all happened before.
