Well this song is originally a Chinese pop song, sung by 那英 (Na, Ying). This version actually sounds nothing similar to the original, in fact it sounds more like an aria from some opera but for some reason I think it works ridiculously well in this piece. I personally like it even better than the original, the richness of the voice and the dynamics enhanced the emotion and the mood even more to another level. Speaking of the voice, I think he is definitely one of the best baritones I've ever heard, his voice sound so natural like human speaking voices, but at the same time coming with that strong lyric quality that most singers can only dream of. He is also one of the rare baritones that sound REALLY great in all low register, middle register, and high register.
