Nupin Transport Limited is a small but dedicated transport operation based in Tauranga, running container trucks, flat decks, low loaders and curtainsiders throughout the North Island. Led by brothers Glen and Barry, Nupin Transport was re-established in October 2021 as a continuation of a name that carries deep meaning. The business was originally built by their late father, Colin Raymond, alongside Keith Nicholson, a partnership many in the industry will remember for running some of the sharpest gear on the road under the Nupin Distributors name. After the business was sold in 1995 and the brand gradually disappeared, Glen and Barry made the decision to bring it back. Not to chase size, but to honour the legacy, the people, and the reputation their family worked hard to build. With decades of experience between them and a strong network of trusted transport partners, Nupin Transport can step up to large, complex jobs while still operating with a hands-on, personal approach. This story isn’t about big claims or fast growth. It’s about pride in a name, respect for the past, and doing honest work, the same way it’s always been done.
