Most plant needs watering once or twice a week and you also need to start feeding them with some fertilizers. One of the main things to keep in mind is that you have to know your plants. Spend some time researching your plant to learn more about when and how it should be fertilized. When planting with plotting soil, do not add fertilizer in it because it often has fertilizer in it and adding too much extra can be harmful to your plant. With time your plant will require more nutrients to grow and you need to give them the instant nutrition they need to grow strong and healthy. This fertilizer should be applied once every one to two weeks for best results. There are a lot of different types of fertilizers to choose from, there are varieties in liquids, crystalline, sticks, tablets, granular, and slow-release forms. There is the all general-purpose fertilizers which contains the basic macronutrients that plants need to grow, including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Each macronutrient has a special function: nitrogen encourages healthy foliage growth, phosphorous encourages root growth and potassium encourages bigger, healthier blooms. Most important thing is to read the instructions on the package carefully so you know what concentration to use and to repeat fertilizer applications as often as they recommend. Usually, you don’t need to use a lot, maybe only a teaspoon or tablespoon. If you can, use a liquid fertilizer that includes a measuring cup or spoon or has one built into the bottle. This helps avoid errors. Some liquid fertilizers are meant to be applied directly to the roots. If this is the case, avoid the leaves as best you can so the bulk of the fertilizer gets to the roots. Other liquid fertilizers can be applied directly to the leaves. In this case, use a spray bottle or better still pour directly into the container strays. So let’s try this out and monitor the growth of your plant. Thank you and remember to subscribe to my YouTube channel for more videos notifications.
