As per the latest news on Times Now, a horrific incident was reported on New Year's night in the National Capital where a 20-year girl was found dead allegedly after being dragged by a car for over 12 km. The incident took place in Delhi's Sultanpuri, several hours into the New Year's celebration that began at midnight where after hitting a scooty allegedly the car drove on for 10-12 km even as the limbs got entangled in the vehicle undercarriage.
