The film stars Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Om Puri, Ranvir Shorey, Neha Dhupia, Javed Jaffrey, Sonu Sood, and Sudhanshu Pandey. Plot: Happy Singh, a well-meaning but accident-prone villager, is sent from Punjab to Australia to bring back underworld don Lucky Singh (the “Kinng”) to his ailing father. After a detour through Egypt—where Happy meets and falls for Sonia—he reaches Australia, only to be rejected by Lucky. However, due to a series of mishaps, Lucky becomes paralyzed, and Happy is accidentally made the new Kinng of the underworld. Happy reforms the gang with kindness and offers Lucky’s mansion to an elderly woman—who turns out to be Sonia’s mother. Sonia arrives, engaged to Puneet (the man whose flight ticket Happy mistakenly took in Egypt), but soon develops feelings for Happy. As Puneet conspires with Lucky's ambitious brother Mika to assassinate Happy, chaos erupts during Sonia’s wedding, and Happy ends up marrying her instead. In the final confrontation, Lucky regains movement, exposes Mika’s betrayal, and acknowledges that a true Kinng serves others. Mika repents, and peace is restored. The gang returns to Punjab, reformed, as Lucky reflects on what it means to be a real Singh and a real Kinng.
