Pink Martini plays their original instrumental showpiece, "The Flying Squirrel", written by bandleader Thomas M. Lauderdale and Pink Martini trombonist Robert Taylor. Not featured on any studio album, the song is a highlight of the band's live shows, where it showcases several of the band's talented instrumentalists in solos.
