The combination of okra's texture and the onions' sweetness creates a truly flavorful meal. #BhindiDoPyaza #PakistaniFood #VegetarianRecipe Bhindi Do Pyaza Ingredients for Fried Bhindi: Oil 1/2 cup Bhindi 1/2 kg Onion (cubes) Ingredients for Bhindi Do Pyaza: Oil 1/4 cup Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp Onion (Chopped) 1 cup Red chili flakes 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Yogurt 1 cup Fried bhindi and onion Tomatoes (julienne) 1 cup Tamarind water 2 tbsp Green chilies (julienne) 1/2 cup Green coriander (chopped) as required Directions for Fried Bhindi Preparation: 1. In a pot heat oil and add bhindi. Fry for 4-5 mins. Add onion and fry for 2-3 mins. Set aside. Directions for Bhindi Do Pyaza Preparation: 2. In a pot heat oil and add garlic, ginger and cook for a minute. Add onion and cook for another minute. 3. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and cook for 1-2 mins. 4. Add yogurt and cook until oil separates. Add fried bhindi and onion, tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins. 5. Add tamarind water and cook for 4-5 mins. Add green chilies and cook for 1-2 mins. 6. Your Bhindi Do Pyaza is ready. Dish it out and garnish it with green coriander.
