Louisville Police Officers were investigating two suspected drug dealers from West Louisville... They set up surveillance outside the suspected West End drug house... Then they followed the two men, on multiple occasions to Breonna Taylor's residence on the opposite end of town... Apparently the men were her longtime friends... During one of the surveillance stake outs, they observe one of the men come out of Breonna's apt with a postal box and drive back to the suspected drug house... They then "assumed" that Breonna was allowing the men to ship drugs to her house... They made this assumption without any witnesses or evidence that the package contained drugs... They didn't even know if she was aware of the men's "alleged" activities... She was never seen at the suspected West End drug house or participating in suspected criminal activity... That box could have obtained an Amazon order or anything... They are supposed to build a case by using a confidential informant or other means to establish that she was a participant in criminal activity... They did NONE OF THAT...They formed a theory, based on Assumptions - and went to a judge for a warrant... They issued a "NO KNOCK WARRANT" late one night and crashed through her door... The gentleman inside the home ( probably thinking it was a burglar) fires a shot, striking an officer... Police then unloaded rounds inside the apartment... It is said the Ms. Taylor was in bed and ran to a corner trying to cover up... She was struck by gunfire multiple times and died... They didn't find drugs or money in her home... A young lady is dead because they made an ASSUMPTION.. This lady was an EMT working for Metro Louisville... This is a disgrace..
