Your UV resin looks cured, but it’s still sticky? We've been there! In today's video we're breaking down the reasons for UV resin not curing properly and the ways to fix it. 📏 Don't pour thick layers. UV light only cures 1–3 mm at a time, and the UV light won't be able to come through a thicker layer! 🔆 Make sure your UV lamp is strong enough for curing UV resin. Use a lamp that's at least 24 watts and cure each layer for 1–3 minutes. 🔄 Your resin is still sticky? Check the mould. To ensure the product dries completely, dry it under a lamp on both sides: Just turn the mold over without removing the product and polymerize it on the other side. 🌡 Don’t forget about your workspace - UV resin needs a warm, dry room. If it's too cold or too warm, as well as too humid, the resin is unlikely to properly cure.
