As part of our celebration of WWMT's 75th birthday, we're answering the question, "Where are they now?" about some of the people who you may remember watching through the years. From 1986 to 1997, Barry Shanley was a staple on WWMT, anchoring the station's nightly newscasts. It was a dream job for him because he's a hometown boy, born and raised in South Haven. Shanley says his parents and friends could watch him on television, and he might even occasionally include them in stories he was working on.
