This time, I stayed at Oedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Yoshinoya Kinurokuen in Yamanaka Onsen. Located 20 minutes by car from Kaga Onsen Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen line, near Korogi Bridge, Yoshinoya Kinurokuen has premium lounges set up throughout the building, a sauna called "TOTONOI", a private tent sauna, and a Noh stage on the 8th floor. The premium lounges are located next to the reception lobby, on the first basement floor, in the large bath lounge, and in the premium lounge next to "TOTONOI" on the 2nd floor sauna room. All soft drinks and alcohol are provided free of charge. Room 524, where I stayed this time, was a lovely corner room with a 12-tatami living room and bedroom, a wide veranda, and an open-air bath. There is nothing blocking the view from the open-air bath, so you can see the Daishoji River and Kakusenkei below, but be careful! The restaurant "Seseragi" on the 8th floor serves a buffet style menu with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes.
