OMSI - Bad Kinzau - Ikarus 260 - Manual Transmission

This is a quick video showcasing my most recent acquisition for OMSI, the Hungarian Ikarus 260. Of interest is that the Ikarus 260 is one of the few buses in OMSI that has a manual transmission option; this is certainly more challenging when carrying out passenger runs in OMSI. In this video, I run through a basic startup and quick drive around the block; nothing too special (for now). Note that at the start of the video, I had low air brake pressure meaning that the brakes had not released as quickly as hoped, and this also caused one or two stalled starts as I tried to takeoff against the applied brake - admittedly I was being a bit careless and partly wanted to show off the drivetrain physics that OMSI has...I'm not really that terrible at driving manual. ;) Most starts on level ground (and especially with an empty bus) can be performed in 2nd gear; 1st is much too low and can be considered a 'granny gear'. Also coming along for the ride is TrackIR 5 and a Logitech G27 combo (which includes a clutch pedal), all of which makes driving a manual bus so much more realistic. Also note I have made a custom repaint for the 260 as shown in this video (including repainting some of the interior parts, "Safety First", etc); the repaint is not currently available for download in case you're wondering...it's just for a bit of fun. :) P.S. The obligatory: "This is not my bus!" (i.e. I did not create it)...and that big scratch down the left hand side of the bus...that was one of 'other' learners...I swear...
