10/13/24. Still working divider loot glitch - (ver. .006) Been getting a few reports saying that it no longer works, so I figure I reinstall the game and try it out…. Yeap... Still working. This was in chapter 8 so I’m gonna assume it’s going to work for the 2 divider (slender man) in ch. 10 and the 1 in ch. 12. Each divider encounter works the same even with the new update .006. Ch 8 divider. If stasis is all you are using then it’s probably because you don’t have the PROTOTYPE STASIS MODULE which you get by completing PREMEDITATED MALPRACTICE. You start the side quest by picking up the tissue after the fight with the hunter at the end of ch 5/beginning of ch 6. You can complete the quest before the first encounter with the divider. If you are only using the regular stasis, you can shoot the body with your weapons. Plasma cutter, flame thrower, pulse rifle work well but by far I would stick with fully upgraded pulse rifle Everything I mentioned before the patch .006 still applies I’ve had people say that it doesn’t work for them or that it doesn’t always work or that it’s gotten patched or it only drop few items. So I decided to dig into it to see if I can get it to work consistently. ***THE METHOD*** 1) knock the enemy down with melee using weighted blade on plasma cutter 1a) you can use force gun to knock down enemy 2) shoot the legs off before it gets up 3) stasis the enemy as soon as you see the leg fall off 4) keep it in stasis while killing off the crawlers 4a)if you don’t have PSM, you have to make sure you are shooting the body 5) keep it in stasis up to about 2 1/2 minute from the first loot drop 6) don’t pick up loot till the end or the glitch could end Method works if you use force gun to knock down enemy and shooting the leg off with plasma cutter or line gun * NOTE* if using weapons that have bigger size like the force or contact, try to move the body while it’s in stasis by running into it. If the body gets buried stasis won’t take affect First and foremost the most important thing is that you need the SP3 which is the WEIGHTED BLADES. You do not need a fully upgraded plasma cutter. You can pull it off with minimal upgrade as long as you have the weighted blades. Some people (even I did) said you need the SP1 which is the HEAT ACCUMULATOR. After testing it for about an hour with different upgrades, I have concluded that WEIGHTED BLADES is the only thing you need. Seems like the glitch is triggered by KNOCKING DOWN the enemy and SHOOTING ITS LEG OFF before it gets up. One other weapon that can knock down the enemy is the force gun. Once triggered you have to keep damaging the body. If you have the PROTOTYPE STASIS MODULE all you have to do is keep it in stasis. Since it has DAMAGE OVER TIME, the loot will keep flowing. If you only have the regular stasis, you can shoot it with your weapon to keep the loot flowing. I gotten the glitch to trigger 10 times out of 10 if and when I start shooting the leg while it’s still knocked down. I don’t think you need to shoot it off before it gets up but start shooting it’s leg while it’s down. In regards to how quickly it should be, aim to shoot the leg off before it gets back up and by doing so it should have been quick enough that the glitch should trigger. Another important point is that the stasis should be thrown as soon as you see the leg fall off and the creature falling back down. So it should be 3 shots and a stasis in quick succession with a fully upgraded plasma. If you didn’t upgrade the plasma cutter and it takes 4 or 5 shots then those need to be in quick successions also. On the flip side, if I took too long or waited for the divider to get back up after I knocked it down to shoot it’s legs, 10/10 the glitch WOULD NOT trigger. Like always limit the glitch duration to about 2 minute. 2:15 seems to be the sweet spot and 2:30 is asking for a crash. After patch .005, I was able to keep it going for over 3 minutes
